Tina Eshghieh, Esq.

Tina Eshghieh is a Partner, and head of the workers’ compensation litigation department at Arash Law. She specializes in litigating complex and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of injured workers throughout California.
She has extensive experience in cases involving traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries and has recovered well over $50 million on behalf of catastrophically injured workers. Ms. Eshghieh prides herself on being a fierce advocate for her clients and helping them recover after tragedy.
Judd Ross Allen

Judd Ross Allen graduated from Whittier College before attending the Southwestern University Law School where he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree. Judd focuses on personal injury cases as a Senior Trial Attorney at Arash Law led by Arash Khorsandi, Esq., and the goal of reclaiming the quality of life his clients enjoyed before being hurt by another’s negligence.
Danny Ledesma
Trial Attorney
Danny received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, and his passion for helping people get justice was evident from his early law school days. While attending law school, he participated in Trial Advocacy competitions, on the local and national levels. Danny also worked at the Ventura County Veterans Treatment Court for a year, successfully advocating for his clients and ensuring proper treatment and care was provided for our Veterans instead of fines and jail time.

Brandon Carr, Esq. joined our prestigious California injury firm as Managing Litigation Attorney in 2022. In pursuit of this goal, Brandon went to Iowa State University for his undergraduate education, where he obtained degrees in Political Science and Psychology.
Greg Mohrman

Greg Mohrman is a skilled California personal injury attorney who joined Arash Law led by Arash Khorsandi, Esq. in March 2022. A passionate advocate for his clients, he has been the lead trial counsel in over 80 trials in his career.
After graduating college in 1998, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Reaching the rank of Captain, he served with Battalion Landing Team 2/4 in the South Pacific and participated in numerous military operations stemming from the 9/11 tragedy.
David J. Ebenhack
Trial Attorney
David J. Ebenhack, Esq., obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of San Diego and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, which he attended on a merit scholarship and where he was an enthusiastic participant in moot court. Throughout law school, David interned with the District Attorney’s Office in the Preliminary Hearings Department, where he skillfully conducted a vast range of preliminary hearings.
James Caress

James Caress, Esq. is an experienced personal injury lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to Arash Law and the team led by Arash Khorsandi Esq. Mr. Caress showed an early interest in the law, participating in Trial Advocacy programs in high school and throughout college and law school. Foreshadowing his ability in the courtroom, James won the American Mock Trial Association national championship in 2011 and was named an All-American Attorney in 2013.
Amasia Yaghobi

Ms. Yaghobi graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.), where she was class valedictorian. While in law school, she was a recipient of several awards, including the LA County Committee of Bar Examiners Scholarship Award and Witkin Awards for Civil Procedure, Community Property, Torts, Contracts, and Property Law. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from University of California, Irvine (UCI).
